Do I need Adobe Photoshop installed?▼
No. PSD files are parsed and rendered entirely in your browser. Photoshop is not required.
Can I adjust the JPG quality?▼
Yes. A quality slider lets you choose between higher compression (smaller file) and better visual quality (larger file). 85–90% is a good balance for most uses.
Does JPG preserve transparency?▼
No. JPG does not support transparency. Transparent areas in the PSD are filled with white in the JPG output. Use PSD to PNG if you need transparency.
What PSD versions are supported?▼
PSD files from Photoshop CS1 through CC (2023) are supported. Layer-compositing includes adjustment layers, blending modes, and smart objects.
Is the conversion done in the browser?▼
