Use of the Service

ToolBubble provides free online tools for personal, educational, and commercial use. You are responsible for the files, text, URLs, prompts, and other content you process with the tools.

Acceptable Use

Do not use ToolBubble to break the law, violate someone else's rights, distribute harmful content, attack or overload the service, bypass security controls, or process content you do not have permission to use.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you use with the tools. For browser-based tools, processing usually happens locally on your device. For features that rely on external services, such as AI tools, your input may be sent to a third-party provider to generate the requested result.

Subscriptions and Billing

All ToolBubble tools are free to use. Paid plans exist only to increase how much you can store in the cloud and how long we keep it. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, though we will always consider reasonable requests. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period you have already been billed for.

Stored Files and Retention

Saving files to the cloud is optional, and requires a confirmed email address. Once saved, files are kept until you delete them — we do not expire them on a timer on any plan. The limit is your plan's storage allowance. If you cancel a paid plan you keep 500 MB permanently, and anything above that stays downloadable for 30 days before the oldest files are removed.

These retention rules are part of the service, not a backup guarantee. Please keep your own copies of anything important — you remain responsible for your data. We may remove content that breaches the Acceptable Use section above, and we may suspend accounts that use storage to distribute unlawful material.

Results from calculators, converters, AI tools, and other utilities are provided for general information and convenience only. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or professional advice.

Availability and Changes

We may update, remove, limit, or temporarily suspend tools at any time. We work to keep ToolBubblereliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolBubble is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You should verify important outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBubble and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.

Third-Party Services

Some features may depend on third-party libraries, APIs, analytics, advertising networks, or hosting providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
